We are a family run gluten-free bakery in the heart of Southern Sweden’s Scania region. Since 2013 we have been baking our products believing that you shouldn’t have to compromise with taste because of your culinary preferences!
For us it is all about accommodating and listening to the end-consumer. Hence we do not use any wheat starch and all our products are completely wheat-free.
With the above in mind we have become a market leader in Scandinavia and a principal supplier to a majority of the region’s biggest wholesale organizations.
We make three groups of products:
- Pizza base, unbaked (gluten-free) and half baked (gluten-free, vegan)
- Ready-made frozen pizza (gluten- & lactose-free)
- Four types of breads, baguettes, hamburger buns, hotdog buns and naan-bread (gluten-, lactose-free & vegan).
