SOME OF OUR BRANDS

ABBA

The range of our seafood brand Abba includes everything from herring and tuna to caviars and ready-made sauces. We only use fish that is caught within the current quotas and we have ensured traceability all the way from the fishing boats to our factory. Did you know that herring recently got voted as Sweden’s national dish? We can’t blame the voters. There is a reason herring is present at the dinner table of all big holidays in Sweden. Simply because Swedes have good taste.

Speaking of simply – ever felt that you wanted to eat more seafood, but not sure how to cook it? With “Simply add fish!” from Abba, everyone can cook fish that is both easy AND delicious. Just pour the sauce on top of the fish and bake in an oven for 20 minutes. Simple, right?

Anamma was founded by three entrepreneurs and quickly became the largest producer of vegetarian meat-substitutes in the Nordic region. Since the summer of 2015, the brand is owned by one of Sweden’s leading food companies – Orkla Foods Sverige AB.

All products from Anamma are completely vegan, which means that we do not use egg, milk, cheese or any other animal ingredients in our products. The majority of our products are based on soybean protein, which, according to WHO, is one of the best proteins for humans to consume. The soybeans that we use are grown in Europe, the United States and Canada. The farming is therefore NOT in any of the sensitive rainforest areas. In addition, our raw material is dried, thus minimizing environmental impact during transport.

Our soya is, of course, not genetically modified (GMO), which is ensured by sampling of raw materials at each delivery.

The nutritionist Fredrik Paulún first launched the Paulúns brand in 2004. His ambition was, and still is, to help people eat and feel better. Since 2010, Orkla Foods Sverige AB has been  responsible for the production and marketing of all foods and beverages within the Paulúns brand.

We want to offer people an easy way to eat good, tasty and well-balanced meals throughout the day. Paulúns is a natural part of Orkla Foods Sverige’s focus on the development of healthy products and the establishment of one of Sweden’s strongest brands within the healthy foods market.

What makes Paulúns unique? We only use raw materials that are specially selected to provide the best nutritional value possible.
