Birch Sap Vinegar

This vinegar is made from organic birch sap from Danish forests in the Region of Jylland. We add some birch shoots and double ferment for minimum 8 weeks. In the end we add some local honey to match up the almond flavor for the birch vinegar. Use the birch sap vinegar for pickling vegetables with a natural and clean taste but is excellent to adjust soups, sauces, marinades, dressings or even add this to sparkling water or a cocktail go get a refreshing drink.

Elderflower Vinegar

We double ferment a organic brown ale that we produce our selves from Swedish malted barley. Round, complex and with some bitter notes from the hop. Unfiltered and unpasteurized. Use the malt vinegar for giving a kick to oysters, heavy stews, soups, sauces, marinades, dressings and even putting some vinegar in the rye bread would be like magic.
