Korshags is a Swedish family business, with a proud history of fish smoking. In 1965, Per-Arne Korshag started to smoke fish in a converted refrigerator in his parents’ garden in Falkenberg.

Over the years, the fish smoking skills improved and he became a well-known fish smoker. Today, we are one of Sweden’s largest smoke houses. The salmon is smoked over alder wood and juniper berries. The alder trees are locally grown and we chip the wood ourselves fresh from the log, every week, to get the dense, white smoke and the delicious taste. Premium quality smoked salmon and gravlax.
