35 years ago Röstånga Mölla started an organic farm and small-scale local production of stone-ground flours, cereals, muesli and sourdough bread. Ten years ago the farm was sold and the idea of a restaurant with focus on supporting symbiotes and spreading knowledge about simple carbs and sugar was born. Today Röstånga Mölla is not only about raw materials with good nutrient content, low glycaemic index and no sugars, but also about optimizing taste.  Sourdough bread, hummus and fermented vegan spreads are some of the products.
