Mörsjö Deli is a manufacturer of gourmet specialties, focusing on Scandinavian culture. The family-run business is based in Östersund, a town in northern Sweden, where the untouched nature rich of lakes and forests is intertwined with the ancient traditions. Among these is Tunnbröd (thin bread), made for centuries according to the ancient recipe, to be used daily and for special occasions. Tunnbröd is a low gluten and yeast content bread, prepared using mainly wheat, barley, rye and milk. The result is a breadycracker, crispy and tasty, that is great to be enjoyed during appetizers.
