Gylleneidens naturskafferi is owned and founded by the nature devotee and Ethno-botany specialist Tony Gylleneiden from Höllviken, Skåne, in the south of Sweden. The company’s main focus is how to use Swedish wild plants as food, and Tony spends most of the year outdoors picking flowers, mushrooms, green leaves, herbs and other treasures from the nature. Gylleneiden delivers quality products to high end restaurants throughout Sweden. The company produces organic jams, jellies, juices and more – all with a sustainable philosophy of eco-aware.
