SIAL CHINA, Asia’s largest food and beverage exhibition

SIAL was first launched in 1964 in Paris and SIAL CHINA has for the past 16 years been the leading international tradeshow for the Chinese food market. Being Asia’s largest food innovation exhibition with more than 75,000 visitors, it showcases domestic and international food & beverage producers and manufacturers targeting the Chinese market.

SIAL China is the 4th biggest food show in the world, with 17 years’ experience in the market. Major market players from retail, hotel/restaurant/catering (HoReCa), food services, the import/export trade and manufacturing come to this show.

SIAL China sets the benchmark for overseas companies stepping into Asia and China as well as providing valuable market insights, trends and innovations of the regional food industry, in particular in the meat, dairy and beverage sectors.

Join one of the biggest markets: Asia represents 2/3 of the worldwide population and is gaining 20 million new middle class people per year in China alone.

SIAL China 2017 will cover an area of 149,500 sq. of exhibition space in 13 halls, and it’s expected to witness the participation of 3,200 exhibitors representing 70 countries and a footfall of about 80,000 professionals.

For the first time in Asia, a Swedish Pavilion will be organised together with a Finish Pavilion, creating a 200 sqm Nordic exhibition space. Each national pavilion will have its own branding but by joining forces, a common space will provide a platform enabling greater awareness and an increased number of visitors.
